Terms of Service

1. Service Scope

MakeDoc Studio provides reference analysis, prompt authoring, image generation, project storage, and downloads.

2. Account and Security

• Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and account security.
• If abnormal access or unauthorized use is detected, the company may restrict access or service usage.

3. Credit and Billing Policy

• Base unit: 1 credit = KRW 100.
• Each reference analysis costs 1 credit.
• Image generation uses 2 credits on Basic and 3 credits on Advanced.
• New users receive 10 signup credits.
• On generation failures, refund or retry is processed according to system policy.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Generating or distributing content that infringes third-party rights.
• Reverse engineering, abuse of automation, or abnormal traffic generation.
• Any unlawful acts including illegal advertising, fraud, or malware distribution.

5. Limitation of Liability

The company is not liable for damages caused by force majeure such as natural disasters, external service failures, or network outages, and does not guarantee identical outcomes across user environments or input data.
